"When I first moved into Sundance about 3/4 years ago, Shannon had gave the tour and not only was I impressed by what Sundance had to offer, but also by Shannon herself and also the other staff members. Jack is also super friendly and never hesitates to help. I really have no complaints when it comes to any of them! They hold events for the community to participate in and that’s amazing… I’m still a resident here and I love it. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems, its a quiet clean community, and the amenities are great. I feel comfortable and at home here. The only reason I would have to move, is for somewhere bigger but other than that, in the 3/4 years I’ve been here, I’ve never had any reason to want to move."
