"I previously left a one star review due to my deposit being withheld from me. The owner left her number so I could contact her and she could sort it out. I wish I had enough space in this review to give her the thanks and praise she deserves. Quickly responded, dealt with me in the most professional and calm manner while I was going irate and get to the bottom of my problem and had deposit check all within a matter of 48 hours. There's not enough words to describe this type of customer support/service and my gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It's my honor to change my review from a one star to a five."

"VERY GHETTO!!! They charge fees for everything even when it’s not tenant responsibility, you NEVER get your pest control on time so expect roaches. And when they do decide to send pest control they do it at their discretion and provide very little notice just to use insufficient methods of extermination. Ghetto parking. Ghetto trash service that is inconsistent. Highly don’t recommend unless your desperate."

"Like previously stated - if it was possible to put zero stars, I would. The amount of issues that have occurred since moving here is beyond ridiculous. The landlord does not answer her phone or text messages. She refuses to provide the number to the owners or to corporate. Nothing gets fixed properly. The list goes on and on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MOVING IN!"

"I have lived here almost a year and honestly not a single complaint. Greg, the property manager is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly! When they say they have 24 hour emergency maintenance, they truly mean it. If there is an issue with anything, Tim and nick are there to fix it. Tim and Nick are absolutely amazing! Another huge positive is the security! There is a security guard who is constantly monitoring the property and they are very observant. Last but not least is I absolutely love how on point they are with pest control. They routinely spray and in the year I’ve been here, never have I seen a single roach in my apartment. No mice, nothing. This place is truly one of a kind. You just can’t go wrong living here."

"I definitely like Greg the office manger He was busy when I walked in with what sounded like a difficult person on the phone but he handled it very pro . The phone rang several times while I was chatting with him and each time was direct and professional with the caller....all while showing me around . He can handle multi things without making you feel rushed or a bother to his day. I know I had some intense questions but he was accommodating and explained the options precise like for me to understand. Rare to see these days when your just a number in line I will give the place a try"
