So many upgrades to the property since i’ve been here that really make this place a hidden gem. Andrea and AJ are the best. Any time I had any questions or maintenance issues, they were resolved within the same day. Great property and even greater staff. Thank you!!"

"Really loved living here, downtown convenient spot in wichita makes you feel very isolated and i like that. I was 25 when i moved here, great place for a young person as well. plenty of local breweries and restaurants nearby. I lived in the flat layout and the only thing i didn’t like was the floor being basically wrapped cement. the “grout” was large and i had to clean that myself overtime. things could easily get stuck there. overall i would recommend pinnacle especially since the new gate system was added. gives you complete control from your phone on who enters the gate and who doesn’t. Andrea the manager is amazing and AJ the man who keeps the property clean are both an asset to any property!"

"Management is very unprofessional since day one. Anais was who we started with when moving in and she made our transition to the pinnacle more complicated than it needed to be. She was very hard to contact, was unknowledgeable about anything we’d ask her, and accused me and my roommate of having pets and not paying rent on time when both were false. She was days late to change our locks when moving in and getting our keys and we never got our mail keys/ box she said she’d get to us. I just recently contacted her about not wanting to renew another lease and she answered back with there is new management which there was no email or phone call sent out about it. I am waiting to hear back from new management, so far it’s been over a week!"

When I first moved in she made sure my apartment was super clean and ready to go anytime I need something she’s there she’s prompt she’s literally the best and has made this living here very easy-going!"

"I have lived here for about a year...the neighbors are all friendly and I like that the complex is gated, well lit and recorded. The Property Manager Anaise is always courteous and accommodating and has gone out of her way on several occasions to make living here comfortable. You'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment or loft to live in in the Riverside area, which is an ideal place to live in the city!"
