"First off, Kris is an amazing guy, always goes above and beyond to fix things in a timely manner. He’s going to be a great fit for a larger role and I’m confident he’ll have no problem with the extra responsibility. Good luck Kris! Our apartment manager has always treated my wife, my dog, and myself very well. She’s really friendly and usually has stash of treats for our dog. We weren’t here when the previous management company was in charge of things so I can’t really attest to many of those changes. We have seen rent increase both times our lease ended though. We started at $775 and will be leaving at $856. We were indeed responsible for a few utilities including Internet/cable (but who still uses cable?). Ultimately, we feel like we’re growing out of the apartments, so we’re moving to some different ones. We enjoyed our time at Ponderosa and there were some nice amenities: pool, grills, laundry rooms, and some outdoor lounge areas."
"Kris has been my favorite maintenance guy that has helped us out. He was always super quick to get our problems fixed and always went the extra mile to let us know how we can fix it ourselves if it happens again."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional people that works here and will charge you even if you leave the old outdated property spotless they will send your balance to collections very mean ppl here. Also they are very hard to reach and get in contact with you are warned I recommend finding a apartment else where."
"I lived in this old apartment for a while, moving out date was set and I paid up for everything. I got a letter from a collection agency after two months stating that I was owing150 dollars for vacuuming and deodorizing the carpet which I took of before I moved. Nothing was damaged or soiled in the apartment I lived. All efforts to reach the leasing office to address this via phone and email were ignored. I will not advise anyone to do business with this guys because of the baseless hidden charges they spring up. In my opinion, they're out to extort money from people and jeopardize credit scores. I should give them 0 star if it was possible."
