Valley View Apartments

"I have lived here for 3 years and called the office to meet the new owner, Brooklyn. I left a voicemail and she never called me back. Fast forward to this weekend, I have a new set of neighbors and last night they were very loud and have been puking all over the apartment walkway the past couple of days and not cleaning it up. I called Brooklyn to complain and she told me not to call her on the weekend. She is incredibly rude. We will be moving out this month, thankfully."

"So there’s a new owner and the property manager Brooklyn is extremely disrespectful to tenants. I’ve been a tenant here for almost two years, always paid my rent and I had some info to give her about myself and my plans to move out soon and she screamed in my ear ma’am very loudly to interrupt and talk over me. She said I wouldn’t let her talk which I would have if she would have let me finish my sentence. I’m very worried about these apartments and how she is speaking to other tenants that are going to continue living here. I don’t tolerate disrespect and I’m a well respected person in this community and it makes me sick that was the first and only conversation I have had with her and that’s how she chose to conduct herself. Very thankful I’m moving out and do not have to deal with this woman ever again."

"The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because when I lived here it always smelled like cigarette smoke, and I do not smoke. Otherwise, it was a great place. I moved because I was pregnant and could not escape the smell."
