"I just recently moved in. Nice and quiet place. The staff has been very helpful. Damaris helped with the application process to get me moved in, and assisted in every way to make the move in process as smooth as possible. Work orders for the apartment were sent in and fixed right away. Overall a nice place to live."
"Don't rent from this place. They don't care about you. My vehicle got keyed and the cameras they had up didn't work. There plumbing sucks. Flooded my apartment 5 times before they actually called a real company to come fix it. And didnt care they used my electric to dry there carpets from the flood everytime without reimbursement. There washers and dryers always go out to where you have to go out of you way to a laundry mat."
"Cooper is always quick to respond to any issue. He has a great attitude. He goes out of his way to say hello whenever we encounter each other."
"10/10 don’t recommend. They charge a credit approval fee(makes complete sense until it’s $689 that is non refundable.) Expect to have them in your home every month, have your water shut off often for maintenance and my favorite, come into your apartment WITHOUT your knowledge or consent. When we first moved in things would be different from how we left, woke up to our chain being on the floor, my roommate waking up to the front door being opened. Not to mention having them come into your home for maintenance issues with no call, text or email. Both times I reached out furious because it’s creepy having people in your home, only for them deny it being them and tell us not to give our keys out (we hadn’t made copies yet) or try and say we had been notified when there was in fact no communication on their end. The dryers down stairs rarely work(recommend laundry mat) it always smells in the halls, people never pick up after their dogs, our apartment smelled like cigarettes for over a month and overall it’s just a small apartment that charges as if it’s a luxury home. Only good part is Cooper, who does come to repair whatever is broken in a timely manner, go Cooper!"
