"Janice Jordan · 2 seconds ago Very disappointed. My "high achiever" 14yo daughter was suffering from depression for the first time and was contemplating suicide (with a plan). I brought her in for counseling with Diana Gulick. I understand HIPAA and the strict confidentiality rules but...WT?? The "counselor" does not accompany my daughter to the waiting room after the session. I am wondering, do we schedule another session? Is my daughter safe? Is there an imminent danger of suicide? Are there any recommendations for maybe continued individual counseling? Family counseling? Anything? What is the plan to keep my daughter alive?!!!!! Ms. "MA, LMHC, CMHS" finally makes her way to the reception area with the only concern of getting our co-pay. When I asked her if we should schedule another appointment she shrugged us off with a "she has my number. She can text me if she wants". Turns and waddles back to her office. Wow."
