"I take my 6 year old to see him! We’ve seen him once, and he was very professional and straight to the point! Took his time and listened to me and watched the videos I showed him and did an eeg on my daughter and diagnosed her with generalized seizures! Even while he’s on call he has taken time to figure things out for my daughter and has us going back to see him before our original follow up appointment due to my daughter’s increased seizures! I like him and would definitely refer him to a friend!"

"Dr Shah was my daughter doctor from the time she was 3 weeks old and diagnosed with epilepsy he is wonderful she grew out of her seizures when she was about 7 years old at least the the violent seizures she is now 26 and a mother of 2 sons in which the one year old was just diagnosed with hydrocephalus and we are being sent to Dr Shah I am so excited for him to be the one that will care for my grandson I trust this man with everything. I can’t understand these bad reviews my experience with him was always positive and he got the answers we needed"

"Our 16 month old granddaughter was having seizures for 5 months they didn't believe us even with video proof. After waiting for a MRI of her brain for a month found to have a brain mass and congenital defect. Was flown to Childrens Mercy in KC for brain surgery. LISTEN TO THE PARENTS. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. I am only writing this to protect other kiddos from the horrendous experience we have had to indure."

"I have never in my life had a physician be so rude to me. Not only was he dismissive and hateful but he was also extremely condescending and borderline misogynistic. He didn’t ask me any questions about my child’s signs and symptoms. He simply referred to the records they had from a recent hospitalization which was unrelated to our visit. He assessed her for a few minutes and told me there was nothing wrong with her while admitting she clearly has developmental delays. While I do completely understand the reasons he is not concerned. His bedside manner was unprofessional and unproductive."

"I'm not sure why there is an overall rating of 2.6 here. My experience with Dr. Shah was nothing but positive. He was very informative and really took the time to look at all of my daughters records, diagnose her, and explain the diagnosis to me. I was in the office with him for a little over an hour. He is thorough and professional. Nothing but great things to say about him and his practice and will recommend him to others if the chance presents itself."
