"In a nut shell, this place is a TERRIBLE medical office! This medical office is not accepting nor accommodating of patients of different demographics and needs, without being singled out. They treated myself and my son as an inconvenience and with disgust. I promise you that you don’t want to subject yourself, or your child to this level of disrespect. The compassion, empathy, and connection with other human beings does not reside in this space of “care.” As much as these individuals need to be called out individually, there are too many in this office to list. Unfortunately, it’s the overall morale. It seems this medical office is filled with people that are only there for the paycheck, and not for the care of their patients. The doctors we saw over the last few years have always been very aggressive with pushing medication for anything and everything. Pharma definitely has this place in their back pocket! Save your health, sanity, time, and dignity, by staying away from this place."

"Referral system needs work. Never know where the referral was sent. You really need to stay on top of referrals yourself to make sure the referral gets made. If told it has been sent VERIFY. Half the time they do not have it. I’d rather get my own written referral & take care of it myself. Be much less frustrating & efficient. I don’t know why they have a referral scheduler. Follow up by the scheduler would be appreciated. Really a black eye considering the doctors, nurses & front desk staff do a great job."
