"I have been trusting this practice with my skin care for many years and always have a pleasant experience with each visit. I recently had a full skin check and I always feel like my Doctor is knowledgeable and communicates concerns or advice in a way that I can understand and can apply with ease to my ongoing skin care. My doctor is very thorough and takes into consideration my family history of skin cancer so I feel very confident and trust in the quality of care that I receive. The front office is always efficient and helpful with the check in and check out process and they are always willing to assist with answering any insurance questions that I have. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dermatologist that you can trust and an atmosphere that is above the rest."

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY STRUGGLING DOCTORS. My appointment was for a ROUTINE cancer screening which is covered at 100% by insurance. This place will find any minute thing they can to find a ‘diagnosis’ so they can get paid. Was with the doctor for less than 10 minutes. When I called the other additional questions I was told they don’t believe in ‘preventative screenings” - they’re not a thing is what I was told after doing all research with the facility and insurance before showing up for the appointment. They have now sent me to collections for $100!!!!! I have now reported this group to the BBB for further investigation. If I could rate with 0 stars I certainly would. I can’t stress enough NOT to go here. *In response to the facility comment. Way to cover you a$$. It IS preventive and was confirmed by both insurance and your facility at the time the appointment was originally scheduled. You’re now simply trying to justify a response to not make your facility look bad. It’s okay as I also hired an attorney to ensure this does not happen to someone else. Your facility is very misinformed and money hungry. I’m not the first to report this regarding your office. Funny thing about your response…your office told me you ‘fired’ the girl who stated after receiving the bill that your office didn’t believe in preventative care. You stated she was fired her as her statement was incorrect. Sounds like continued ‘fluffing’ on your facility end."

"On 10/10/2023 I went in to my appointment and could not be seen cause I did not know that I has a 35.00 co payment So I left and called back later. To reschedule I was told I could not because I refused to pay . WHICH was not the case then when I asked for the office manager unfortunately it was one of the ladies sitting at the desk . Kathy said u was no show So I am a no show when I wad their And she would have to talk with Dr Beige Emily because that would be an additional 35.00 to reschedule This was not fair or right. KATHY the office manager seen me leaving and heard I dos not have payment and asked to be billed she could have stop me and see if I wanted to reschedule for a later time instead of blowing me off knowing the so called policy that she clam to have to reschedule is normally 50.00 for no shows but how is it when you are there and then they refuse to bill a Co payment you can not just sit and hope to get a co payment you can not ask others you do not know to help you in the office what a embarrassing ans shameful practice please be ware please be careful when going to this place e"

"Check in was quick, friendly staff, sat for about two minutes, and was taken back to exam room. Doctor was in promptly. I was very happy with the competency and care of everyone I came in contact with. Great experience with this practice at all my appointments."

"The office staff is polite and process all patience timely with a smile. The physician and her staff were very professional. I will schedule an appointment again, if I need to return for any dermatology problems. I will recommend your office to others."
