"My daughter has medical issues as in Mayo Clinic patient. We thought this clinic might be thorough and knowledgeable. It has shown not to be so. They refuse to fill out paper work she needs for a reduced rate for her drug, and they refuse to prescribe this med that she has to have. It is ridiculous! I am so frustrated! We have had to reach out to Mayo Clinic to get help, which is not their responsibility. We will be searching for a new doctor."

"Their desk Receptionist DeDe does not need to continue working there. There has been a multitude of complaints on her and this office and she is still there. When you call she ask as if she transfers you but places e you on hold for 20+ Minutes until you hang up and have to call back then she doesn’t answer. She has not phone skills not front desk skills. She is always rude to minorities including myself , but when I wait in the lobby and see her interact with non minorities (white individual) she is happy and perky . She acts as if we are a bothersome to her. They need to get rid of her because she will be a complete liability . She would not help be locate basic information such as an address to my referral appointment and I had to drive all the way there just to get an adress because she kept playing with the phone . She is beyond rude . Next I will be going to corporate on her and if I have to go to the board I will. I will not be treated like this based on the color of my skin !"

"The staff are mostly friendly unless you loose your cool. I saw a lady loose her cool and as expected one staff members struggled to stay cheerful. The young woman doing labs the day I came was super nice. As far wait times it’s a gamble but likely plan to wait a long time like most doctors offices especially ones who take state insurances. I would say I had a good experience. The resident I saw was Dr. M"

"This is one of the worst clinics that I've been to. They told me I might have fractured my ankle and tore a ligament in my knee. Took a week to get the x-rays scheduled. X-rated both ankles instead of a knee and ankle. Never called in my prescriptions. Kept calling nurse about the meds and they kept calling back leaving messages about refills on scripts that were never submitted. When I called the after hours line they said there was no one they could page about it and speak to a doctor on Monday.... to start this vicious cycle again! If you have private insurance and don't have to go here, I wouldn't!!"
