"I saw Meredith Osborne at this location for almost 10 months, and she seemed helpful and glad to help me, but she was always cancelling appointments every other week. She always went out of town and I saw her on a bi-weekly basis. When I went in today, she said she couldn't see me anymore because I didn't "respect her time" for being late. She seemed unsympathetic to the fact that I have a rough life and it's hard to always make things on time. I am a student and I work a lot, 3rd shift. She said that there's other patients who need to see her, well I'm one of the people. I am chronically depressed. I'm a mess mentally, and yet she never recommended me any other therapists when she shooed me away. I get there's a policy, but for her to say that it's my fault and I don't *respect her* and blame your patient like that is highly unprofessional and should not be tolerated, especially when you're dealing with mentally unwell people. She threw me aside - even though she cancels appointments all the time and this has also been a consistent issue with her. I considered not seeing her as my therapist a couple months before she decided to let me go as a client, so this is something I have been thinking about prior to this. Her attitude was uncalled for and she acted like she was angry when she was blaming me. I wouldn't recommend her. Waste of time. Also, the person below me is absolutely right. I got into an accident myself a few months ago, blew a tire on the highway. Told them the situation and they still charged me $150 with no refund for missing an appointment."

"I canceled my appointment immediately after making it. They sent me an online intake form. I spent 15min filling it out. One of the first things it tells you is missing an appointment will cost you $150. I don't miss appointments so I continued on. At the end of the form you have to input your credit card to continue. Immediate cancel. I'm not getting charged $150 because I get in a car wreck or there's an accident I get stuck behind or I get stuck at a train crossing. Three very real things in Wichita. Since the whole system is automated my best guess is the $150 charge is Immediate with no chance to dispute. What if I forgot to make a payment on my credit card? All of a sudden $150 is closer to $200. Then I'd really need therapy and have to find a new DR."

"I have been attending sessions with Gabbi since September of 2021. Not only is Gabbi an amazing individual, but she goes out of her way to make you feel like one also. She is always ready to listen, provide resources, and give advice/activities to help along the journey of healing. I look forward to every session with her, knowing that I wont be judged.
