"I went to this place to establish my regular PCP but never expected this bad experience. I waited for an hour from my entrance to Dr. Room. After waiting an hour also they kept me in the waiting room for an extended period. They ignored my time, the place itself was trash regarding hygiene and EVS and the staff at the front was very rude. I took my refund and left the place. One of the front desk lady staff was coughing and sneezing a lot while doing my paperwork. No mask on. Since this morning, I’m having a fever and sore throat after being there yesterday. Being at the front desk, a sick employee is not wearing a mask, and spreading that is gross to everyone. Please save yourself. Don't go to this place."

"I don't even feel like Dr Billy Richardson should even practice medicine because he doesn't have any interest in listening to his patients. I tried to open up to him about some struggles with addiction and he kept cutting me off, wanting to just send me to a rehab even though I told him I have been in a really good headspace for a few days and just wanted him to listen. Told me there was nothing he could do for me, and kept mentioning that he couldn't give me Adderall which I never asked for. I would rate lower if possible. He is absolutely a horrible person and could have done major damage if I wasn't in a better state of mind!"

"Billy Richardson rejected my request for a medical exemption when his NP had already seen us and signed the paperwork. I was completely dismissed and told not to even schedule a appointment with him!!! Absolutely shocking how I was treated I will NEVER return to this office it's disgusting how people are treated, behind this man's pride and ego! The reception acted as if this was normal everyday behavior for him to not even speak to me face to face then to tell me not to even schedule a appointment I guess doing your job is not part of his practice.if I could leave zero stars I definitely would."
