"Nursing staff was super nice. The ancillary team was far and beyond what I was expecting. Everyone in housekeeping was really friendly. I really felt like I was among family. The kitchen staff was very flexible. Snacks were made available in between meals which really helped me because I was always hungry. The continuity of care was evident by the constant reviewing of my care plan. I had a private room with a TV."

"The nursing staff was the best I’ve ever seen. I worked in the medical field for 10 years! My Dad was always clean, nurses knew his condition in every detail before we asked they had a report. I would suggestion this place because of the nursing staff and no smells, big rooms!"

"The daily staff were wonderful, but the right hand never seemed to talk to the left. I would ask about something and there was never follow-through. My dad was supposed to be there for rehab, but did not receive much. He was in a wheelchair for meals and other than a few minutes of therapy, laid in bed the whole time. When we took him to a follow-up with the doctor who did his hip surgery they were late. I had told multiple people I would be at his appointment. When he wasn’t at the appointment I called the facility. They had not relayed that I was going to be at the appointment and had not scheduled a nurse to be there so they canceled. Luckily I spoke to the doctor’s nurse and she called and told them to get him there. The PA who saw him called and spoke with physical therapy and was flabbergasted that they had not been working on his muscle strength. Every time we mentioned it to the facility they said their nurses couldn’t work with him. Why are you a rehab if your nurses can’t handle leg lifts and stretchy bands? To be a rehab a facility should be doing more than housing people between short rehab sessions. I have no complaints about the daily staff from what I experienced. Seemed to be a lack of communication between the different shifts, but they were always friendly and helpful. I’m not sure the rehab staff is qualified to do rehab. From the feedback I received from the doctor and from his last rehab, I can’t believe these people weren’t providing better rehab being a designated facility. The one star is because I had to give one and for the friendly day staff!"

"The staff were very cordial and polite. There is an adequate number of staff, however, they were slow to respond. They would often leave my room while I still needed help. They would often put things I needed out of my reach. And there was a lack of communication. I felt like I was in the dark and didn't know anything. They would introduced themselves but I didn't know anybody and what their roles were. The facility seemed run down and needed deep cleaning (toilet seats, showers) and equipment and supplies/accessories were not convenient and staff needed to go out of the room to get supplies. old cheap (beds and rails on beds)."
