"These people are horrible. Service is horrible and the products are low quality at best. Waited 2 months for a pair of glasses because the frames were " on backorder ". If you know you can't deliver something on time just tell the customer don't drag it out 2 months.. I would have gladly paid you $20 to tell me to hit the road. Rather than spend $400 on garbage and bad service."

"Thorough exam and answered my questions. Helpful in selecting glasses frames and adjusting. Quick to order new glasses when I fell on my face not once but twice within about 4 months and scratched my lenses."

"I also don't even want to give 1 star, but have to, to be able to comment. Don't waste your time or money with this business. Their customer/patient experience is extremely poor. They do not care to benefit the patient by utilizing ALL forms of insurance --only want to bill your vision insurance which is a loss to them as far as reimbursement, and a loss to the patient by not receiving all benefits due them. What could be a win-win situation for all parties, they make a lose-lose. Only worried about making a sale. Service after the sale is rotten. Tried them 2 years in a row and customer service was worse year number 2. Won't be going back. Will go somewhere that I am treated as a patient, not a number."

"Didn't even want to give one star. Very unhelpful when I called today to ask some questions about my mom. Just told me they referred her on and wouldn't even talk to me. I called Kearney and the doctor's assistant talked to me and my mom on the phone to determine if there were any pressing issues. That's all we wanted. Very poor customer service and unwilling to talk to your patients."
