"Absolutely horrendous place to go, the wait time takes a long time just to be seen you go from the waiting room after 30 mins to a small room to wait 20 mins and the nurse "Faun" I believe how you spell her name is awful and unprofessional very rude she's in the wrong profession just a truly awful nurse makes visits/calls terrible. Definitely look into going somewhere else if possible. Very mediocre place to be seen."

"My elderly mother went from being active and able to drive to being completely unable to stand within a few days. She had to be carried to the bathroom. We were alarmed and took her to the McCook clinic where they told us she has lost over 40 pounds this year. She was unable to see her regular doctor and was transferred to the ER and Dr. Blomstedt. They gave her a CHEST xray and EKG (for her legs??), then Dr. Blomstedt dismissed her. We told him we had to carry her out of the house. He said to carry her back in, that it was a social services issue and not a medical problem. His release notes said she should use a walker (she couldn't stand, much less walk). He had no empathy and simply bad medical skills. I called the clinic next day to try to work with her regular doctor. The nurse I talked to had the empathy of a potato. We told her clearly something is very wrong and that she can't be left home alone. She told us weakness is not a good enough reason to be admitted to the hospital and showed no willingness to help figure out what was wrong. We took her to Tri-Valley instead and saw Sharon Hendricks, DNP. She was everything Dr. Blomstedt wasn't; caring and wicked smart. Within the same period of time it took to get through McCook's system, mom had an XRay of her pelvis followed by a CT scan where they found large cancerous masses. ​Follow up tests showed more large tumors throughout her abdomen and pulmonary embolisms. She was cared for at Tri Valley and they took away her pain. A week later she died."

"(Instead of taking time to find out why I can't sleep...I have to wait for refill...(came I earlier of coughing, tight chest, i run low grade fever when not feeling we'll.Have not heard from Dr Erkerson..Doctor Lindsu always visited, gave me Prevacide, was cleared up with Prednisone. Is in my chart. PAS , always argue....Has been now whole month cant sleep, let along get cong estion and stuff up..am not happy at all. Was a great clinic, but now just not up to par.. ,(i'd like an appointment before the 24 this month. ."

I felt like I had known her forever; that's how comfortable I was. And her nurse Kimberly was just as wonderful! My 5 star rating is based purely on their excellent medical knowledge. I genuinely felt cared about and cared for. It seemed like they cared about my future; not just my 'now. Great Job!"

"I have been a patient here since I was a child. I drove 45 mins for an appointment because that's how good they are. I've seen a good share of the doctors and they are all outstanding. They offer walk in clinic everyday which makes it nice if you have a sick kiddo or need to be seen immediately."
