"No food, but the atmosphere was pretty cool. No sign other than a little one that tells you to look past the curtains. The drinks are phenomenal, and the bartenders were wonderful with a ton of knowledge."

"Great speak easy in down town Boise. Don’t be afraid to go through the curtains. What’s on the other side is a bar that feels like cheers, everyone knows your name m, unless it’s your first time. If it’s around Christmas make sure you get the Hot Buttered Rum. It will make you get in the spirit and feel like home."

"Press and Pony is a relaxing, intimate bar. It is located in a shy location to the right of a sports bar. Enter through the doors, go through heavy curtains, and you are immediately transported to a bar that seems caught out of time. Time almost seems to stand-still in the dark and mysterious interior, with cool vintage photos and decor. The drinks were solidly good and might lean a bit more heavily towards things that might appeal to a more traditional palate. (It would be nice to see a few creative non-alcoholic drinks added to the menu.) I had a Ginger Drop which was a fun, tasty little cocktail. This would be a lovely spot to unwind and relax with friends or a romantic evening out for a date."

"I love this place. If I lived here, I'd hang out here all the time! I felt so comfortable and like I could stay there for hours and hours. It has such a great atmosphere, the service is fantastic and the drinks are delicious! Take the time to look at the photos. I think they tell a story of the bar. I'm not 100 percent which drink I had, but I loved it!"
