"windy has done so much good for this apartment complex she had made it to we’re there is parking and got the mantince requested done in a timely matter even if we didn’t have a mantince person she alway found a way at get the things that needed to be fixed fixed she made the holidays fun and enjoy sense windy has been here This apartment complex did a 180 with Wendy as the manager nothing there is nothing but great things to say about her but since hearing that she was let go a number of use in this apartment complex are going to be leaving this place is for sure going to go down hill just like how it was before she started and that lady is the only reason my family has stayed in this apartments she has made it better to stay out the 4 years and all the managers she has been by far the best manager she is one that stays to word quick response she is the only manager that will actually answer the phone and is alway in the office unless she can’t do to family emergency or being sick it sad and ashame she not here i’m nervous to see how this apartment complex is going to go without her not being here but I have a very strong feeling it’s going to go just how it was before she was in the office…… downhill"

"Boulder creek apartments have a great central location to everything and are nice apartments with very fair market pricing considering the market in the treasure valley. The manager Wendy followed through with everything she said she would do for the 1 bedroom apartment I rented. Wendy put in new carpet in the bedroom, new counter tops, new shower surface, fresh paint and appliances cleaned and looking good. She got everything done including leasing paperwork a full day ahead of schedule and I was able to move in early. Thank you Wendy."

"Apartment is nice and was clean upon move-in. The office manager, Wendy, was and is very helpful, trustworthy, friendly and responsive. Theres a pool too :) and good parking. Overall I like the complex and my unit, would recommend."
