"I have been renting from Andrews Properties for two years. Not only is my rent MORE than reasonable in todays market, but any issues that arise are taken care of with fidelity and in a timely manner. There was an issue between mine, and my neighbor’s properties where I was unknowingly (all parties were unaware) paying a small portion of his water. Andrews Properties found the issue and credited my account and took the cost from the time of my lease signing off a months rent. In my experience, many other Property Management companies wouldn’t have gone through the extra steps to make something like this right. Especially when the tenant didn’t know there was an issue. I wish I could give Andrews Properties and their team 10 stars!"

My application was denied as well, but they have listened to your feedback, and took the time to explain why I was not a good match. I understand the difficult situation a property manager is put in, and they told me no from the beginning. Despite this, I plead my case and in the end the answer was still no; but they listened and follow up. They could have easily denied me, and then ignored me, but they didn't and for that I have a lot of respect."

These people will make Alterations to your house and no authorization they will send out no reports for anything and if you question them on anything they will threatened you with termination of contract and then they will lie and say that you terminated it !
