"Great place"
"My experience at the Chaparral has not been all that great you be told one thing and they do another I had a doctor's note to fix my tub or to get a shower it is now been over a year the house was dirty no filthy when I moved in I am a very very clean person it would have been nice to have it cleaned along with the floors the parking really sucks there's no time parking very little parking and having friends relatives caregivers come over and take parking spaces and you being disabled is not comfortable new manager she's all right from what I have experienced I have felt twice coming into my door front door because of the step I can't walk that great anyway I can go on but that's okay I'm guess I shouldn't gripe I got a roof over my head but it sure would be nice to have a few things fixed"
