"Awful experience. Zero stars. I stopped in today to check on some uniform shorts and inquire about a refund to my debit card that should have happened two weeks ago. I left with with the owner following me out of the store to my car, calling me names, saying I’m done, and that I can’t come back to his store… And my son still doesn’t have shorts."

"went by to get my daughter cleats Friday at 515 pm said they close at 6 no one there... went by the next day at noon says they close at 6 no one there. not sure if there still in business."

"I consistently run into the same problem with this store: not open during posted hours. I don’t live close by, so it’s extraordinarily inconvenient. I am here in the parking lot on Dec. 23rd, a Friday, at 2:30. The door says Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened. I am done, won’t try again. Time for a new soccer store in Boise. Until then, I guess I’m forced to either shop big box or just shop online. Impossible to support a local business that is this unreliable."

"Horrible service, guy running the place was very rude and bothered we were there looking. We stopped by because we had ordered through a soccer club and thought we could go try on different sizes before finalizing our order, and pick up soccer cleats we were needing. Instantly we felt unwelcome and left after a few minutes in the store. We asked a couple questions and the short and very rude attitude he had was very unprofessional."

"What an incredible experience buying soccer cleats (boots) at Soccer Etc. Consummate professional who was able to help my daughter find what she needed. We had been to every sporting goods store in the valley. Going to Soccer Etc first would have saved both time and money."
