"Worst drive thru experience in a long time. Slow as can be was just the start of the issues. After waiting way to long ina fast food drive thru and ordering a single cheeseburger with onion only from the not so friendly order taker, ended up with a double and everything on it. On top of that the fries were cold and despite her saying there was ketchup in the bag when I asked there wasn't . Only thing in there was the fry sauce. Definitely not a typical Freddy's experience but won't be going back as the staff you could tell didn't care with no smiles, greetings, etc. Very disappointing and a 1 star is generous."

"We had our two year old granddaughter with us today at Freddy’s. Raven waited on us and treated her so kindly, our granddaughter was able to order everything herself with Ravens options she gave. Then she helped us get a booster and a basket for her meal. When it was time for ice cream she even gave our little one some sprinkles. Raven was excellent. Thank you for all you do for your customers. What a fun time we had."

"The burger and bun were so dry I had to wash it down with a glass of water. Burger, bun, two pickles and mustard was a drag. I did like the nicely seared crispness of the meat. It's not like I remember and twice as expensive. Won't be going back."

"Service was very good. Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Hamburgers were as usual. We upgraded to onion rings and got fries for the small O. R. upgrade fee. We also ordered a side of cheese curds. Not as crispy and tasty as we prefer, passable for fast food. Will not order them again. A member of staff asked the table next to us how their order and food was, we were hoping we would have the same courtesy so we could mention the mistake. For 25 cents and missing onion rings it didn't seem necessary to make a deal out of it at the time. A good place to stop occasionally for a made to order burger with a twist. Long sliced pickles and the custard is good when we've had it."

"First time at a Freddy's! We're traveling and there was a Freddy's right by the hotel. I'm glad we ate here! I'm not usually a big fan of fast food, but we'd been on the road all day and wanted to get to the hotel. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and was surprised and pleased that they offer a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. The grilled chicken in a few layers of lettuce with tomato slices and another lettuce leaf on top was easy to eat (most restaurants don't give you enough lettuce layers and it just falls apart in a mess). I had onion rings, my weakness, and it was all delicious. My husband had a California burger and rings, and he said it was the best burger he's ever had at a fast food place, so there's ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ right there."
