"It's Burger King, not much to say or expect. The young lady at the front counter was great. Very pleasant and tried her best to control an unacceptable situation (relevant in the next paragraph). One employee had her child there (M, 4-5 yoa) who was allowed to run freely around the place. Lobby, food prep area, anywhere and everywhere! This included him climbing over and on the front counter! And all this without shoes on!!! I don't dislike children and get that things happen but letting your child disrupt guests AND putting his dirty hands/feet everywhere is unacceptable!!! HUGE fail for the BK brand!!! Note: I contacted BK Corporate about this and they seemingly didn't care about my complaint, paying attention only to my compliment of the young lady at the counter. Another fail by BK and one that has cost them a lifelong customer!!!"

"While visiting Kansas we were looking for a fast food location to grab quick bite to take back to our hotel room. We googled something near by and the website mentioned this location was open late. We pulled up a little after 11 pm and it was closed."

"I just left this location and ordered chicken fries with a side of fries at 12:20. I’m a student with only so much time for lunch. I open my fries and there is small hairs in the fries. I obviously won’t be eating those and don’t have time to go back to Burger King as again I am a student on a small lunch break. I called the location she was nice at first then says I can bring the food back so I told her I can’t I was on my small lunch break. She then acted like she didn’t believe me and was very rude telling me to bring the food back. Clearly she didn’t understand what a small lunch break is as a student. She was very disrespectful when at first I didn’t care about my refund I just simply wanted to let her know that she may want to make sure people are wearing the correct coverage or to change the fry basket so others don’t have this experience. Her tone of voice as a manager at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. She’s also the one who implied I could get a refund but states I can’t unless I show the food. Here is the picture."

"I decided to try this location again... it is absolutely dirty. The floors are slippery from grease and littered with trash. the window sills are littered with dead bugs, windows have hand prints/smudges from who knows how long. Painters tape left from some called "remodel". Straw bins empty, ketchup empty, napkins, empty. This place absolutely needs help."
