"This is my first rental so I'm new at all of this. Pro property seames pretty good to me. Cody was very nice and the Maintenance team came over pretty quick. To fix move in issues. Sadly they leave and you find more you missed.... the game of life?¿ I look forward to the future and maybe I will bump it to 5 later we shall see!"

"Worst property management in all of Idaho , probably USA:) First off , communication is a constant struggle . Then when you do get a response it’s very vague , or completely off topic . :)The incompetence is astounding, they don’t have a clue what they are doing . Unorganized, unprofessional. :) I would live in a storage unit before ever using them again . And if your out of options and have to use them . Read every line on every piece of paper , record every phone call , save every text , because they will straight up lie to you . They are extremely dishonest . what’s really unfortunate is they are one of the only property managers that allow pets of all sizes . If they wanted to they could dominate the valley for good quality rentals . But that will never happen :) pro property has no morals / ethics. if you don’t believe me , ask anyone in town . I really wish zero stars was an option ."

"I cannot believe how horrible this company is. They never answer the phone or return messages. Our home owner had to go out of state for family reasons and this company would be taking over the collection of our rent. My husband and I notified the homeowner that the basement was leaking again after some repairs were just made and we were asked to move out. Even after the move out they continued to ask us to pay the rent for 2 months. We made all necessary repairs, painted, washed walls and floors and even shampooed the carpet. We left that house in better condition than when we got it This company took all of our deposit and then some when our contract was with the homeowner. They also charged us a pet deposit for our Service Animal which is for our Autistic Child (25,000 Federal Fine). Upon inspection day you put a for rent sign up. If the house was so bad and needing all the repairs you stated then why were you trying to rent it? I don’t know how people can do business like this!!"
