"If it were possible a Minus 5 Star Review. The worse possible construction for occupants of an apartment. No sound barrier/insulation whatsoever between floors. Tenants on the first floor will hear every single solitary movement of tenants above them. Absolutely no consideration for practical application or functionality...no opening window in the living room. If a tenant wants fresh air a fixed door with no screen is the only option. An excessively loud forced ventilation system that many tenants have disabled due to noise. There is no insulation in the duct work for the heating/cooling system which is installed the in most expedient, economical fashion (cheapest to put in with no consideration for those who live with it). No exhaust fan, which is required by state law building code, in the bathroom (tenants have the right to disable the above stated forced ventilation system). Therefore many tenants live with no functioning/working window in the living room and no exhaust fan for the bathroom as described above. Cheapest possible materials installed in a very shoddy manner of all finishes."
