Canyon View Apartments

"My view is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and the staff is quick to respond to our needs. For a place where a lot of young college students live its very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I am HIGHLY concerned with how much rent is. I used to live in King County (Seattle, WA) and my mortgage for the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home I owned was less. I sure hope the price of rent stops going up."

"We have rented for a year and have overall had a great experience. The apartment was spacious enough for our large family. Parking was a bit of a challenge fall-spring as well as the noise. The price was $1675 with utilities and that was as much as our mortgage. I have to give our experience a 4.45 stars (not quite enough for 5 stars)."
