"Snowball system very poor company poor customer support there just to take youre money and If you need a refund or something else they just don't answer went in with 1000€ as affiliate after a friedn told ma about them.i wanted to stop asked for a refund after some days as I don't trust stuff like this (and I know now why ) at the beginning I got an answer super fast when I told about the refund no answer for me th my account was closed immediately but the money nowhere no answer for months now after 3 months I finally got my money sad that a company lies so much to the people that put the money in their pockets"

"Horrible UX, the actual experience has nothing to do with the "How it works" section on the website. You have to purchase packages. Features and pricing of those packages (monthly? one-time?) completely unclear. I saw unauthorized charges from Jifu on my card – big red flag! Also, you can not close the account yourself."
