"The worst place to stay in Moscow. The Empire is running a misleading, fraudulent business that is designed to maximize profit on services that were not provided, i.e. stealing. They charged me for two months ($3,000+) when I clearly told them from Day #1 that I was staying there for only 30 days while my apartment was getting ready. In addition, the people who work there are extremely rude and impolite. I never write bad reviews on business, but this is truly a scam. I assure you that you will regret staying here."

"The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff here is unbelievable. Not only are they attempting to pay residents off to leave positive reviews, but they apparently consider themselves above reproach. My significant other and I were temporarily parked by the front in order to access the Laundry Room (which is usually dirty and unkempt, as well as overpriced, by the way), and the manager -who was incorrectly parked in a "Future Resident only" spot for the duration of her shift- had the gall to ask my partner "Do you NOT see how you're parked?" in the most rude tone possible. She then proceeded to talk down to her as if she were beneath her, giving her as much lip and snark as possible without directly insulting her. Needless to say I am more than disappointed by the lack of respect the staff here has to offer, let alone the audacity of someone who was clearly in the wrong in the first place. This is one of several instances of poor management, and I for one am completely disillusioned with the people who run this place. For anyone considering moving here, PLEASE heed my warning; all 5* reviews are paid off and disingenuous, and the people housing you think of you as an afterthought. Additionally they are encouraging and paying residents off to get others to live here. The amenities are a lie as well. They advertise things they won't have (and haven't had) for years."

"Overall not a bad place to live. We love that amenities are included in rent and that they all work well. When weather hits the staff works really fast with making sure all the paths are safe and cleared. We hope to continue doing business with these guys."

"Been here since the start of winter. Love the location within town. Close to work and other places. Excited for construction to be completed and to have access to the other promised amenities. Really no complaints. Although, parking can be tight in some spots, but that's just how the property was originally built."

"I’m seeing a lot of 1 star reviews on here. I figured I bump things up with this here 4 star. The Empire’s basketball court is great, and it has bright lights that stay on pretty late (at least till 11), so night play is delightful. The hoops are quality, the cement is great, and the night time visibility is incredible! However, if they serviced the rim (it is loose) on the east side of the court, and if they painted lines on the court, the court would no doubt merit a 5 star review by all. I’d gladly repair the rim if they paid me $75 plus parts."
