"Charges move outs to remodel units and puts in higher end materials while they are at it. For example get charged for total flooring replacement on a ten year old carpet and maybe older lanolium in kitchen or bathroom. Usually one employee for the whole property. If anything major happened it was blamed on tenant and if it couldn't bel they were stuck with half measures until they movrd or ran away Most likely the regional is still that narcissist,two faced megalomaniac woman that thinks she is god's gift to the world. This women literally could not make a call while driving where I did not hear a horn blaring and her start cussing out the other drivers. Literally any time she was driving. You could bring up how your child took their first steps and she would either talk about how her little boy scout started sprinting at 4 months old or just ignore what you said and change the subject completely as if the very idea of talking or thinking's about anyone other then herself or what she cares about physically pained her. Lastly anyone's personal info was hacked while 3k gb a month was being sucked from an employee's home modem which was connected to the work computer after which they expiernced horrible identity theft, got locked out of work email and account that held info on all tenants and perspective ones."

"Me and my parents lived here, and I think the only good thing about it was he pool. and that's it. the rent was way too much for the small amount of apartment you get."

"This property is INFESTED with bedbugs and they refuse to treat the units without payment from the tenant. Management has an obligation to treat pests and bill the tenant later, however this property owner is allowing it to spread. Do not rent here unless you want bedbugs and to throw all furniture away."

"I used to love living at these apartments until they sold it and they replaced the manager. Leona was a great manager and I really likes Nick too. The new manager is rude and condescending when she talks to you."
