"Kyra is the most unprofessional person I have delt with. She doesn’t stay in contact with you and won’t even let someone look at property beforehand to make sure they want it. You have to commit yourself first then back out of paperwork. I had cash and she still didn’t respond to my emails or calls. She insisted on having me a pre qualified letter before I even saw it and the Mortgage gentleman advised me not to do it until I’m sure it’s the one I want. No telling what she’s selling. Buyer be ware. Sorry I don’t trust this company now. She was tooooo unprofessional and not upfront. So far 2 buyers backed out. That should tell you her way doesn’t work."

"My review from 2017 seemed to have disappeared somehow. I was renting through a third party when that third party decided to sell the property. They contracted with Timber Realty to sell the house and the building across road, and parking lot adjoining ours. During this process we worked with this realtor company's owners son and employee, while he got the home up to standard for the loan he was trying to get the house to qualify for as he was going to buy it himself. We allowed him to come whenever to fix and repair the necessary things. We were constantly dealing with Timber Realty causing conflict with our current landlords and we still allowed their son to be on property as needed. When we moved out I left a review stating how terrible they were to work with as tenant's in a home that was listed. Sadly, after we left we realized that in the far cupboard of the kitchen I had left my Pampered Chef Stoneware pan set that I had received as a wedding gift 7 years prior. When I reached out to the owners' son to ask if I could meet up to pick up the contents of that cupboard I was told "If you take down the review you left us not a problem but if not then once you moved off the property you forfeited all items left behind" (which is true, once we reported that we were moved out we no longer had rights to those things. However, the fact that he acknowledged that he had them, knew what I was referring to, and said he would happily work with me on returning them if I removed my review seemed incredibly underhanded) Worst part was at the time of posting it I would have gone back and updated my review accordingly that they attempted to work with me on that instead of acting in that way. Nevermind, that we gave him access to the property as much as needed. Overall, if you have tenants and are considering selling your property, use a different agency."

"BEWARE!!! This company is designed of a group of VERY dishonest incompetent woman that will lie and cheat. The company took over the acreage we were renting about 5 months into our 2 years lease. When we meet with the lady that was going to oversee everything she at first seemed very nice and willing to work with issues we were having. However, with in a week she sends a very nonprofessional poorly written notice that was not on company letter head stating that we had horses that were not allowed and viscous dogs that were not allowed and to remove them. Little did this company know I had an email between the homeowner and myself about our dogs and horses when we inquired about the property to ask if they were allowed.....they tried on over 5 occasions to evicted us, one reason being we would not sign a new lease, never went further then notices. Needless to say we got a lawyer whom this company avoided like the plague and hung up on where the lawyer had to call from a different num using a fake name to get someone on the phone. There were also given a 3 day repair notice which to this date,4 months later (we still live here by the way) they have not fixed which includes a leaky roof, ant and wasp problem, broken toilets, missing railing from 20 foot high balcony, all which were issues when we moved in. No heat source except wood which is ONLY in the basement no fan to blow it to the upper level, and still after promises of electric being put in NOTHING!! Our lawyers feel they can get more for the property in rent so trying to push us out by harassing. There are many more stories on what they have tried to do to us to list. BEWARE. They are not honest. The owner is also not licensed according to the Real Estate license office. There are stories how she conned people out of their homes for sale as well!! BEWARE!!!"
