"Been here 6 years and it has been on a continuous downward spiral while the rent soars up. Maintenance and property managers do not stay longer than a year and it it obvious why. The heat and water pressure regularly go haywire here over the years and have yet to get a proper fix, just constant complaints about how it's the cities fault or the last maintenance worker's fault. You will receive more aid from local pd and fire dpt than their sham of a security team, whose shift only appears to be a 25 minute window sitting in their car in front of the office. They also refuse to put up cameras at the bottom of the lot, despite my car and every one of my neighbors being shopped multiple times. Nothing changes except the problems piling up higher, right along with all the dog poop covering the premise. Ps the only reason there aren't still current parking problems is because they have such a high vacancy rate right now. as soon as those units fill there will not be enough spots for how many permits they give, which has been the same problem for the past 5 years."

"Paper-thin walls. Worst neighbors, despite the medical issues and major surgeries my father has to go through, neighbors kept knocking on the walls every time my parents moved during the day. Police activity is seen often in the complex. Worst management. My parents complained numerous times to fix the water leak in the kitchen sink, we were promised that the whole counter will be replaced due to the water damage. Management never fixed it and waited for us to leave to charge us for it. They ended up sending a bill to the collection, despite the arrangement that they will take care of it. Worst management."

"I have lived at these apartments for a little over three years and I can honestly say that I was never treated with anything but respect by those that work here. The apartments themselves are cute and clean, the area is adorable and fun to walk around in the warmer months, and I always felt safe here. Special shout out to Sheila who works in the office, she is one of the kindest, funniest people, but she will also make sure that any complaints you have are taken care of immediately and effectively."

"i’ve been living here for almost a year now and even if you bought a parking pass and there are no spots open. it’s ok they give warnings to people with no pass saying you may get towed. but when I park by the curb out of the way I get towed because people are taking up my spot! makes sense. now I gotta pay over 400$ to get my car back. and i’m late for work! that’s a good way to start the day. Thanks northwood ridge apartments! you’re the best!"
