"Few months in already in my new place, no issues at all and I'm loving it. Management staff is awesome especially Jim, everyone here is nice and friendly here. Although I'm still new in the area but I have noticed how peaceful and calm the neighborhood is which makes it pleasant and welcoming for someone like me. Plus I like the local businesses and restaurant that are nearby, I love this apartment complex. They really care about their tenants and the price is affordable. Thank you guys for the opportunity."

"This is one of the worst properties I have ever seen! The manager will try to take advantage of you just to make you sign a lease with them. The manager knows about the bed bugs they have inside the property and he will lie to you about it. Don't listen to his words he is full of lies. (((I don't have to be a tenant so I can write a review))) and I've not mistaken you with someone else. People need to know about the bed bug and the disgusting living situation you have inside your apartment building before you take advantage of them and make them sign a lease."

"I had a great experience during my time at HIC Apartments. It is situated right across the street from a highly rated Latin-inspired restaurant, and there are several other food and bar options, including a local fresh market right around the corner/nearby. Over the course of my time there, there were clear improvements in both the exterior landscaping, as well as inside the building complex. Basically all of the units either had been renovated when I moved in or were in the process of being renovated. But by far, the difference between this apartment complex and anywhere else is the property manager, Jim. He is a very friendly, responsive, down-to-earth guy that has a genuine sincerity in his desire to work with tenants and to make the apartment complex the best it can be. This is an older building that is being fixed up very nicely, but still requires someone to look out for it, less it become like some of the other more run-down, poorly managed complexes in the Hillyard area. I highly recommend this apartment building because of Jim overseeing it. I ended up moving to be closer to work in downtown Spokane, but seriously considered keeping up the longer commute just because of my positive experience and because of how great he is to work with. "Me and my husband Managed These Apts for 20+ yrs and when the new people bought it they evicted us .the apts up stairs are fully infested with bed bugs .and most of them are out dated most appliances do not work .it smells up there due to the people up stairs that are horders.we were cleaning it all ourselfs even the tenants bathrooms up stairs .no one is doing it know so it's pretty nasty .they had no ideal how to shut heat off last summer so it stayed on all summer.thebyard that use to be well taken care of they let die .these people are slum Lorde's do your research before ever thinking about renting from them"
