Not only was Riverside at Coyote Rock one of the nicer communities in Spokane Valley, but Brenda was far and away the most professional contact I dealt with at any of the properties I visited. While I didn’t end up renting in the Spokane-area, I wouldn’t hesitate to make Brenda or Riverside at Coyote Rock my first call if I were in the market there again."

"I had shared a positive review when we lived there since tenants are given a gift card to write one. Since moving out the experience was terrible. They allow no room for normal wear and tear. The floors were very cheap and soft. Our couch left dents on the floor and they said since they no longer make those floors we had to pay to replace the whole thing. If the floors hadn’t been such poor quality to begin with it wouldn’t have been an issue. Don’t expect to ever see your deposit."

"Lived at Riverside at Coyote Rock for a year and would have stayed longer! The apartments are very well taken care of, if you have any work orders they’re also taken care of quickly! The management and girls working at the office are amazing and have always been extremely helpful. Moving in was a breeze and moving out as well. I had a baby a few days before moving out and even though I didn’t get to clean the apartment as well as I would have liked to, we still got most of our deposit back. The area is also very quite which I miss now that we’re gone!"

"We moved here from California back in 2020. I love it here, never had any issues. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and units are nice. My favorite thing is living so close to the river. I was a little hesitant at first, because I wanted somewhere with a pool for my kids to play in, but the swimming hole is a 5 minute walk from us so it is very convenient in the warmer months. Community is quiet and I have never felt any danger for my family or belongings. Definitely recommend."
