"Be careful cause this can happen to you.. so I had a previous roommate that got the key to my apartment but it didn't work so the leasing lady accused me of changing the locks (never have ever) and wanted me to purchase another for $50 so I didn't have to go through this again.. old roommate drops off keys at the office after signing the release form and gives keys and now my new roommate got just one key not two that they give for the mailbox.. just one that doesn't even open that apartment and now is again accusing me of changing the locks because they can't open the door with the master key.. this happened a second time! They're scammers and want to take your money lol! Highly don't recommend no one to move into these stealing apartment complex's. Not to mention the management and maintenance are all completely rude and show not respect for the tenants."

"I really loved my unit except for the ant infestation and the incredibly loud noises I would hear above me. The tenant above also would smoke on their balcony so I couldn’t keep my windows open. Management seemed great until I received a very high cleaning fee after leaving the apartment spotless (I lived in the unit for about 2 weeks). Now they are ignoring my emails. If you want to be charged $35 for a single hair found when you leave, this is the place!"

"I would rather be deployed again then live here. The management it truly awful, they will try and twist and manipulate you in every way include calling and harassing your loved ones and even their loved ones and perspective landlords they will bully, talk down to tenants and even spy on them. They will “swing by” apartments unannounced trying to eavesdrop and spy. Not to mention try to force you into signing an absolutely insane rental agreement. The apartments is also extremely overpriced and horribly built. You can hear every neighbor like they are in your room appliances and fixtures are falling apart and out of the walls. There are no amenities other then a depressing dog park that is not maintained at all. If you are considering moving in, I would sooner suggest homelessness."

"Worst apartments. Very poorly made with uneven floors, everything inside was just "slapped" together. Totally overpriced with all their insane extra fees like even having a plant on your balcony for a half an hour of sunlight. Office management is completely rude and gives false information. Very slow response times regarding communication. Very poorly ran. No play areas for kids just a flea filled dog yard and nobody picks up their dog feces throughout the whole property. I'd highly suggest going elsewhere unless you enjoy these types of things."

"SOO many things- I would seriously consider renting somewhere else for many reasons. First off - parking is bad but that is a problem with most complexes. We even got parking tow notices on our dash of our cars even with our parking pass completely in view in our cars ? Don't know who was in charge of that but.... And For this particular location, we experienced heavy construction on the main road going out to N highway 41 about 3-4 times in the 1 year we lived here. The construction would create a 5-10 minute detour and this would happen for weeks. When you commute to work, this becomes super inconvenient. The construction of these apartments is cheap (surprise surprise) because we could hear anything and everything from the floors above. Don't even try to breathe around the walls and kitchen cabinets, you will scuff them. We spent days and hours making our apartment super clean and didn't have any damage and got no money back from our deposit. It is laughable at this point. We did such a great job keeping everything clean and they had the audacity to charge us so much for cleaning and normal wear and tear. Take pictures and videos and be super careful or they will take all your money."
