"If I could give a zero I would. do not get insurance through this place it is the worst to get perception covered. I won't be able to afford my next perception not sure what will happen going with out. Wish my Company would have stayed with Regency of Idaho."

"If I I was in unable to fork out thousands upon thousands to pay for my own treatments I would suffer with severe pain every day of life all the while paying my premiums to these douchebags every week. Somehow they just get to decide that any treatment to the joints in the thoracic spine is experimental. As far as I know, there isn’t a joint in the human body that does not respond to steroid injections. If you work for this company; you are complicit in so much human suffering and extortion that your children should be ashamed to bare your last name. Blue Cross, your day is coming."

"The worst customer service ever. The girl on the phone was so rude to me. I was calling to resolve an issue that wouldn’t have happened in the first place had BCI decided to change their website and payment processing to a different time of year. You’re telling me, that they decided it was a good idea to shutdown their website and payment processing from Nov. 30 - February 1st….. the exact time of year when THOUSANDS of people are signing up for health insurance and need to make payments by Jan 1st????? An absolute joke. Their customer service reps need to be trained better. The attitude is awful. The girl (Jennifer or Jessica) was rude from the moment my call was transferred to her. Not one time did she ever apologize or try to go the extra mile to help me resolve the issue. Instead she cut me off multiple times, insisted that what I experienced wasn’t possible and then put me on hold pretending to find a manager for me and then telling me none were available and someone would be calling me, which we all know is a lie. Nobody ever calls you back or cares to help. BCI IS A JOKE!!!!!"

"Total garbage! My husband's company switched to this health insurance provider on January 1st. We hadn't received any ID cards yet, but my son needed to see a doctor on January 2nd. I called them so I could get our ID number for the doctor's office. After nearly 45 minutes on hold, a very rude guy told me he couldn't help me without the ID number. I told him I was calling to get it and he had no record of my husband or his employer being on this plan.This is despite the SEVERAL hundred dollars in premiums that were taken out of my husband's paycheck to pay for it. Turns out that they didn't have ANY record of ANYONE at my husband's job being on this plan. We just got ID cards on January 12th. 12 days AFTER coverage started. What a disgusting company and I hope we can switch to a different company before something medically significant happens to one of us."

"Worst experience ever! I called multiple times, day after day, trying to figure out why my insurance hadn’t been processed. I got a different answer every single time. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a doctor’s appt despite the fact that my insurance should have been active because they hadn’t processed anything nor had anyone from the enrollment department reached out to let me know what they needed to activate my insurance. Rather, I was calling daily and not getting anywhere. They were happy to take my money for my monthly premium even though my insurance wasnt active. I have jumped through hoops while Blue Cross has done nothing but give me one excuse after the next. I’ll be lucky if this plan even becomes active by the end of the month for which I already paid for it! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs! You can’t talk to anyone other than customer service representatives that are not even in Idaho and have no idea what they are doing. I’d give 0 stars if I could."
