"Robert Moody is an absolute trash attorney. Don’t expect him to be early! He will either be late or just walking in the door. He was 30 minutes late on one occasion. When you meet with him at the court don’t expect his full attention or even close to it. He will immediately rush away from you to say “what’s up” to his buddies! Don’t expect him to return your calls after he has your retainer fee. I called once a week for 8 straight weeks, he finally called back the day before my court date. He will lie to you!!! And when you ask to see the paperwork he will give you the run around on why he doesnt have it. I am absolutely disgusted with his representation. If you want a counselor who will do what’s best for you, show up on time, good communication, who’s honest, and that will atleast try, DO NOT GO WITH ROBERT MOODY!!!!! I would have rather gave a public defender my 1500$ to represent me than to hire him. I promise you if you hire this attorney you will feel completely and utterly disgusted with him in the end. If there’s any action I can take against him I will undoubtedly be doing so. If not I will leave this review anywhere I possibly can find to do so in hopes of someone else not making this same mistake I did."

"I reached out to this business at least 6 times over the course of a 3-4 weeks by using the website, calling and leaving voicemails and leaving my information with receptionists who advised it would be sent out in an email and someone would follow up with me. Nobody followed up. I couldn't determine whether they don't handle property disputes, are unorganized or are uninterested."
