"Terrible law services, I recommend that no one waste their time nor money coming to this place. This man should have his bar liscemce revoked, his team is terrible at filling paper work and cannot nor will take accountability for filling errors made on their behalf. Instead it'll set you back more filling fees and time that you can't afford for time sensitive cases. This lawyer is know around the wichita area by other law practices for his continuous client abandonment and shady business deals. His routine is to waste your time and money as much as possible, promise you free services then recommend you to a different lawyer when he either gets in a yelling match with a judge in regards to his law offices incorrect filing of paper work. To add salt to injury he'll send a bill for services that were never done or that were promised to be waived off. Moving on to his team, Monica is one of the worse paralegals in regards to all levels of the profession. From filing paper work, making payments, or basic communication not a single service was conducted properly nor professionally. I witnessed him taking a pro bono case for a young lady with two kids within minutes of meeting her and donating $1500 to Pastor Rivas who was to help with shelter and food and instead took advantage of the situation not providing things as he had promised.
