"Have tried to get an answer for 2 weeks about canceling my insurance because I found that I am over-insured. I have sent an email and called so many times I can't count. No answer. Just an answering machine. Finally, I left a message since I couldn't get someone to answer. I work as a therapist and my phone is off all day. I got a return call! They simply said "Please give us a call if we can help you with anything." Ummmmm....ok. How about a **RESPONSE** to my inquiry. So, I called and left ANOTHER message, stating again what my issue was. Their response? Another voicemail saying "Please give us a call if we can help you with anything." (How about you answer your phone for a change??? It does no good to call you.) They won't answer their phone. They won't address an issue you have. They are being extremely evasive. Shady business practice if I've ever seen one. I cannot help but be left with the impression that they are intentionally avoiding me to keep my premium. I have had their insurance for a number of years. Thank God that I didn't have a claim! I can only imagine what that process must look like."
