"Such a joke of an insurance company. I was double covered 2023. I called beginning of Feb 2024 and told them I was no longer double insured. Mid March it’s still not fixed I’m only “pended” because their coordination and claims office is behind so none of my bills are being paid and they are being sent to me. I’m having trouble getting medications. There has been a national shortage of stimulant medications for three years and they don’t have any policies in place for substitutes (such as covering two five mg pulls instead of one ten mg pill when the ten is out of stock). We were without meds and it look over a week and three hour long phone calls to get it taken care of because the prior with wouldn’t work because the five mg pills are covered just not two of them. This company is a joke. We may have better coverage through them through one job, but I’m at the point where I am willing to pay high copays to have premera. I’m just appalled without our experience in 2.5 months."

"Had to quit taking medications that I need because they don’t cover them. I never had a problem with any other insurance company paying for my prescriptions. Don’t pay claims at all or cover very little. Worst insurance I’ve ever had in my whole life. Horrible."

"I've had this insurance for over 3 years. I got a notification saying my disability benefits were being reviewed. On the 1st they dropped me completely off of my health insurance simply because it was reviewed. They came to the conclusion that I am still disabled however the insurance was never notifed that my benefits will continue so instead of checking my account they simply dropped my healthcare and it took 2 days to reactivate my account because of their mistakes I couldn't get my meds or go to Dr appointments that I had scheduled simply because of them not checking my disability insurance."
