"They never answer their phone. And the very few times they do, they are either rude with no empathy or they just don't know the answers, then never follow-up with you on them! I've left several voice-mails with no call backs. The staff does not communicate important events or changes or notifies anyone. I feel discriminated against for being who i am when I've politely asked and given them plenty of notice when I've needed extra time off. I don't feel they have any values or morals, here. I feel to them, it's about money not the employees as people and they don't care about you or recognize you for anything. They are highly unfair and never consider your needs and they don't pay for your CE! One of the most unprofessional places to work for. If you want to become a home care aide or in-home caregiver, Beneficial in-home care in Spokane is top-notch!"
