"I really appreciate how transparent Colonial is. Other insurance companies I’ve sat down with all have complicated policies with hidden fees. These guys laid out my options and did an incredible job educating me on the process. Highly recommend!"

"My Wife and I contacted and met with a representative last year to discuss coverages with the plan to have a baby in the future to have her covered. Local sales rep advised us on policies that could help. Fast forward to now the policy is needed and the policies advised do not cover her for what we discussed and we cannot get a hold of the rep or leave a voicemail to discuss the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Extremely unprofessional, mismanaged, and unreliable. This negligent behavior is unacceptable and needs to addressed."

"I have a brain condition and they said it would be covered, even though it was pre existing. When it came down to MRIs, they said they wouldn’t help me because it’s pre existing. Also was told that I would only be paying 12$ a month, but they take 12$ a week. Would strongly recommend not to use them"

"I am so pleased with the claim process of Colonial Life so far. I joined a few months ago and just filed my first claim this week. I filed my claim on-line, it took less than 5 minutes. This health screening was covered under 2 of my policies, they did the homework for the double coverage, I only had to submit one claim. The next day the claim was processed and direct deposited into my bank account."
