"I most techs are very nice but on MORE than one occasion, I went there 15 minutes after supposed open hours and nothing. All closed, glares locked. No tech in night so I went home. Call back every hour because I needed this prescription asap and nobody ever show up at least until I had to go to bed at 4pm that’s 7 hours no employees. No call answered, not a damn think and it’s a live or death med for me. So ridiculously rude and unprofessional as hell I couldn’t believe it no how many other people got screwed but there lack of either a tech or at least communication to get another pharmacist to open the damn storage all day. The generic brands are always changing too to inferior ones it drives me nut. Like I said middle great professional workers but these few hosting the general public is just so wrong in every way and unforgivable"

"Always have been friendly, in person and on the phone. They're always pretty quick getting our pills on time. Also we get our flu shots here with no issue (other than a bit of a wait, but within reason), and the coupon is a nice bonus. We got our Covid shots at Walgreens and while that was fine, I could tell they are more backed up there than at Albertsons."
