"I have always used Walmart pharmacy because they're quick and friendly. I am a type 1 diabetic and I also have hoshimotos. I've gotten extremely ill this past year. My T4 has been all over the board. My Dr.s were asking if I was even taking my Levothyroxin. I have changed doctors 3 times this past year because I wasn't getting any answers. I finally told my physician that Walmart gives me a different thyroid medication every month. They've given me 3 different brands in the past year. My Dr. said that's very dangerous because this is a very sensitive medication. It's also illegal to change it without my physician's approval. I had no idea and never thought about this fact. I just trusted the medical professionals. I have experienced extreme weight gain, loss of memory, severe depression, changes in my eyesight,mood swings and extreme sensitivity to the elements. I called Walmart 3 different times to ask why they kept changing my medication. They gaslit me and lied. They even had the nerve to tell my Dr. they've been giving me the same medication and never changed it. I will be making several phone calls tomorrow. This is one of the cruelest examples of medical gaslighting and abuse. If you value your health do not use this pharmacy."

"Walmart Pharmacy and its associates have been extremely kind and competent in serving our family for ALL of the years they have been located on ten mile and McMillan. I am surprised to hear even one negative word about their service especially due to the constantly increasing population around that store. A little patience, and some serious appreciation is due to this staff. Take a deep breath people and realize that the volume this store has to deal with is increasing exponentially. Thanks Walmart for the wonderful staff at your store."

"The staff is actually really nice, but do not expect anybody to call your insurance company to resolve a problem or contact your doctor's office to clarify a prescription issue. You are on your own if your insurer is denying your prescription claim even if it is unfairly doing so. Pharmacists can call insurers to resolve certain issues to get prescriptions filled, but nobody at this pharmacy will take the time to do so. If you do not have any problems with your insurer, then this pharmacy is great. Again, very nice staff, but they will not handle anything but basic fills/refills for you."
