"Spent $400 on chemicals based off their water analysis, did not help. Spent $150 on a pool vacuum they recommend to get out any algae or sand, did not help. Spent another $400 to upgrade my pool filter and again, did not help. I woud not recommend to anyone, take your money elsewhere."

"I came in on a Sunday and the line was long to get my water tested. I noticed there was only 1 employee testing water, ringing up customers, and acknowledging every customer who walked in. He was incredibly nice and patient with every customer and gave each person the time and attention they needed. Even after he helped us all he would check and make sure we were still doing ok and asked if we had any additional questions. His knowledge on pool chemistry is OUTSTANDING! His name is Espen and he deserves a raise for taking care of several jobs and he’s one person!!!!"
