"Had never been to Hibbett before. Was there to check if some shoes I saw online was available in my size. The young man that helped me was very nice. They in fact had the size I wanted. Got me signed up for their rewards program and told me to have a good day after purchasing my new shoes."

"Store is very poorly merchandised, racks mixed together, can’t tell what’s on sale and what isn’t. When I asked the teenage associates for pricing, they immediately threw an attitude. Sale items are good deals, but not worth it when the associates make you feel like you are a bother to them for being a customer……. ESPECIALLY when there are 3 employees standing at register doing nothing, and one whole customer in the store. I won’t be returning, and honestly wish I hadn’t purchased at all. Manager, you need to train your people to be more friendly and get your sales floor in order."

"Derby location...I had purchased soccer cleats for my son. When i had to return for half a size smaller. The manager was very rude. I had been over charged originally and then instead of making it an even exhange, he made me pay additional money. He was rude and condescending. We buy many pairs of shoes from there. I leave the store with a minimum of 2-3 pair every time we go. Billy needs some extra training on how to be respectful and polite. He continued to argue wiht me multiple times even after I said I didnt want to speak to him and would rather have another worker help us. I showed him the pic of the shoes with prices from the day before and he called me a liar. And said he would provide me corporates number."

"Absolutely love Hibbetts! They have the best selection and variety of clothes and shoes! My most favorite product i have purchased recently was the Nike Air Force 1’s! Great product, and super comfortable! Hibbit is one of the best places to shop for your sports fans. They also have great sneakers and backpacks for back to school shopping. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help. They also have gear for all of you that play sports or have children that do.This is my favorite store to get my latest footwear they are always so helpful and I always seem to get a coupon to help out with price because who doesn’t love that.Great local store for anything sport related. From apparel, to shoes, to sports equipment, to bags, they have it all and always very affordable. I always find something I love when I shop, either shoes or clothes!"
