"We checked in at approximately 3:00 pm for 2 nights. We turned the heater on and left to go visit friends, we returned at 10pm. The room was ice cold the heater did not work at all. We called the number 2 times with no answer. We ended up borrowing a heater from our friends at 11pm. When a called the next day a man answered the phone and when I told him the heater was out he said you should have called. I did call and no one answered. I also told him that the bigger bed was horrible not only is it like sleeping on the ground but also has stains all over the bottom box spring. He told me that if he can't find cheap or free stuff then the owner won't let them upgrade. They did tell me I would get a $25 refund. The morning of check out I went to the office at 10:45am and it was locked, I rang the bell at the door and no one came out. I called and the woman that answered says oh yeah I forgot and came out about 5 minutes later. She hands me $25 and says I was going to put a heater in there and it spaced my mind. So she knew she was putting my family in a cabin with no heat. I recommend staying elsewhere. Even the Palozza would be a better option."
"We have stayed at this camp ground several times. Every year for the past 4 years. This last time was the last straw. We have several camp sights every time we stay. We always drive less than 5 mph in the park . We had a gentleman come flying into our camp drunk as Hell on his golf cart, yelling ,,saying we need to slow down. And to stop interrupting his whiskey time. (Not the guy in the cow boy hat, he is awesome)... We had not even driven thru camp that day. And my brother that had ,was driving 5 mph or less. The lady at the front desk with her little dog needs to be given a hug or something, and told that life is too short and not to be such a ____, well that is for you to decide, she treated my wife horabley.. I was informed about this after the matter.. We will never stay here again. Which is sad we did like this place and we will let everyone that we know that stays here to avoid this place. It's a shame because the location and the set up are great, but not worth the pure disrespect you get from some of the staff.."
"We planned a last minute end of summer camping trip here. We managed to get a waterfront RV spot. Thankfully the campground was quite empty, so we had the place mostly to ourselves. The people in the office were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rec room with all the games and DVDs was an unexpected blessing. The campsites are beautiful and the bathrooms and showers were surprisingly clean. There was no shortage of things to do in the campground, but it's also close to town so it made it easy to explore the surrounding area as well. Will definitely stay here again."
"This was our first time staying here and it won't be our last! Rates for camping sites were reasonable as was cost of laundry facilities, bags of ice, firewood and fire pits. The sites were nice and spacious. The staff were really friendly. Loved the nature trails. Look forward to going back!"
"We love this spot! We got our first camper this year, and couldn't have been more pleased with Arrowhead being our first official spot to go. From making the reservation to the patience of the staff helping us park, it was the best experience. This company is a definite show of Idaho hospitality we all know and love. They're super kid friendly and we've experienced nothing but great neighbours in our time being there. Bathrooms are always in top shape and the community fire pit is such a fun way to get to know people. We've got a long journey in seeing Idaho's beauty, but this is our favourite thus far. We'll absolutely be coming back at least once a summer. See you next time Guys, thanks again!"
