Reviews
"This is an amazing place to stay for a winter adventure. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with a beautiful jetted garden tub and a fireplace at the foot of the bed. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself sometime."
"Stayed in cabin 2 for the weekend, breath taking views, amazing service, wonderful staff, great coffee and excellent bed. Would stay again and suggest you stay here too."
"I can only speak to mini golf but it was fantastic here and very reasonably priced at $3 per person. It was so much fun and the course was very challenging. Only improvements I would say is the course needs to be swept of vacuumed off due to pine needles. We had a great time. The lodge also looks cute from the outside."
"Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom very small. A little over priced for the quality of the room. When I hear the word "Chalet" I think of something different and nicer than what we got. This was a building with multiple rooms, 2 story. It worked for us because we had to drive 7 hours from home to the area for a specific reason. Saved driving all in one day. Probably not stay here again if we have to come back to the area."
"Eagle Cap was a very clean, well-kept, motel. The rooms were clean and the exterior around the grounds were as well. The motel has a nice little swimming pool, a basic yet very inexpensive miniature golf course, a coffee shop, and a great little ice cream parlor with milkshakes, cones, and floats. The rooms have AC, but ours was a little finicky and didn't seem to work all the time but we opened our window and that cooled down the room at night. The only thing I didn't care for was there is no deck or balcony to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the setting. They have some benches on the front but not enough for all the rooms and a "neighbor" always seemed to take ours. This wouldn't be as big as an issue, if they had a common space with communal chairs, tables, Adirondacks, or area where you can relax with a beverage or magazine/book outside. Unfortunately, they do not and I think that is a big missing piece that would round off this motel to an overall great property."
