Talent Parkside Apartments

"Should have written along time ago because this is my sixth year at Talent Parkside. First of all, it is a gated community which I love because it gives me security. This place is a little oasis that has been dropped down in Talent! Tenants enjoy the lawns both in the front yard and fenced backyard as well as the many trees that have been planted when this complex was built. Landscapers come every other week to take care of your landscape . Besides that a parking lot cleaner comes and so our place is always clean and sharp looking. I love living here. The maintenance people are very quick to address your concern if you let the manager know what is going on. She organizes the whole complex and does a great job! It is quiet where I live and every once in awhile I hear the kids but that is why i didn't choose a 55 and older place to live. They aren't noisy or annoying at all. The duplex I live in is outstanding. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms with walk in closets and two bathrooms! Talent Parkside Apartments are a little jewel in the valley that people tend to over look."

"Well, having been a renter most of my life in both Manhattan and Los Angles (with a short stint in house owning) I can say without any reservation: soothsayers, get a life. If anyone thinks Parkside Apartments is plagued with "money hungry" policies, grow up. I have over 60 years of renting experience as described above. In the last 8 years of my tenancy here, I can attest to excellent management by Lyna Whittenburg, complex manager, in the front office: a maintenance staff that should write the book for NY an LA standards and regulations. Replacement of old equipment when something goes is done within 24 hours... at least in my case. Repairs... almost immediately. Keeping the property looking good for when visitors come is 2nd to none. So, okay. This might sound like a paid revue, but trust me (I know dangerous cliche) but you can believe it is just a happy renter that has never had a negative experience in 8 years here.. I've never lived in a better run complex of apartments and... rates have always been consistent, if not lower, that the normal cost of living index would suggest. Yes... looking for a place to feel comfortable and safe, such searches should give Parkside a fair look. Kudos to the management and staff. (BTW, I'm writing this because I had a garbage disposal problem this morning. Two hours later, voila. Fixed by one of Lyna's professional and amiable maintenance staff. Doesn't get any better."

"We have lived here for around five years and it really feels like home. The front office enforces the rules that keep us safe and comfortable. If you have a problem, they jump right on it. The park is quiet and beautiful, well-maintained and the staff is so nice. This a safe place to raise a family."

"We loved living there, swimming pool was our favorite, but I’m not gonna lie super disappointed after being a good tenant, paying my rent on time, I cleaned my apartment ( I’m no professional) I knew a professional was cleaning it after me ( I was being charge for it) then over $800 dollars out of my security deposit was a huge slap in the face!! Wow!! I will be fighting those chargers, don’t rent from here. Worst part is the Ant problem which is awful every year!!"
