Clearwater 12 Motel

"I've stayed at most of the local Motels in the area but I've gotta say this is the most enjoyable place to stay if your looking to relax the bed was soft and comfortable the linens smelled great the staff is awesome I'll be back this motel is great and it looks like they put a lot of effort to make your stay is as enjoyable as possible and if you stay here you can get some awesome food from itsy yaya's restaurant awesome food awesome prices!"

"We were told to stay away from this hotel. No reason just recommended not to stay there. So glad we didn’t listen to them! It was so clean, and so nice! The towels were soft the bed smelled so fresh and the mattress was so comfortable! The front desk people were super accommodating and polite! We felt so welcomed there! Breakfast was delicious! Best place we have ever stayed! Highly highly recommend!"

"We came to town to visit my dad and booked 2 rooms. Our daughter and grandsons were in the room right next to us. Both rooms were super clean and great beds! Ranai (owner/front desk) was awesome. She was so friendly and gave great service. Breakfast was homemade with everything provided, she even went to her residence and got peanut butter for another guest. We will definitely be back!!"

"We absolutely loved the manager. We got in late. But she woke up and checked us in with a smile and invited us for breakfast and explained everything we needed to know..... The room is clean and nice. The beds are super comfortable and the room warmed up really fast. Breaking was so good. I haven't had biscuits and gravy that good for a very long time. I hope to be able to get a room there again the next time I come to town. Thanks you for everything."
