"On a Wednesday evening in May, I had the entire historic hotel to myself after riding the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. The hostess, Dona, has exceptional hospitality, and she gave me recommendations for dinner and breakfast as well as some menus for each. I greatly appreciate her personally contacting the Trail shuttle operator for an unplanned, short-notice arrangement. She knew when various things in town opened and closed, and was very polite and helpful. I would need a compelling reason not to stay here again."
"Ryan Hotel was wonderful! Customer service was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, elegant and comfortable. The linens, beddings and pillows are soft and warm. Very comfortable. They are also priced reasonably. And also happens to be right next-door to one of the best restaurants in the region. I highly recommend this hotel!"
"A historic hotel with just the right blend of modern amenities like showers. The owners live on site and provide friendly, helpful service from reservation to check out. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Located close to downtown Wallace but on a quiet side street. Definitely a recommended place to stay."
"We enjoy staying at this hotel. We have stayed several times and it's in the heart of downtown, easy to walk to eateries and Wallace Brewing. It doesn't have an elevator, so if you require that you will need to stay somewhere else, they do state this very clearly on their website. The rooms are very comfortable. Thanks again for a great stay!"
